- Is there really no listing fee for brands?
- Yes. Uploading products, showing your lookbook, and receiving direct orders is always free on Atelier. We only earn commission on orders we source through the Marquete network.
- What counts as a 'sourced' order?
- Any order placed by a store that discovered your brand through Marquete's discovery feed, AI assistant, or curated collections. Direct reorders from your existing wholesale accounts stay commission-free on Maison.
- Can stores try before subscribing?
- Every store gets a 14-day free trial of Retailer. No card required — cancel anytime.
- What about payment processing?
- Payments run at cost through our processor (~1.5% + €0.25 per transaction). We don't mark it up.
